Any proposed multi-state game (which would replace the 6/51 Michigan Millions ) should not only include Illinois, but also a third Great Lakes state, Pennsylvania. To encourage the Keystone State to join in, allow PA to expand Super-6 Lotto west, with at least one modification: allow players to select ALL the numbers (the current game requires the computer to select two of the three plays per dollar.

Todd: I hope you'll be paying attention to this. The outgoing head of the Michigan Lottery will be encouraging his replacement to start a multi-state game with Illinois (which would replace the MI 6/51). If such a game can be pulled off, they should encourage Pennsylvania to go along. **** Also, Georgia is supposed to vote Wednesday on selling the coming Lotto South.
