			<description><![CDATA[<p>Before I retired, I use to join lottery pools with my associates and the one thing we didn&#x27;t have was a good contract agreement that everyone understood. When we won over $1000,some of the questions were, was the 28% too much or too little to cover the taxes for the person cashing in the ticket, how much was to be distributed and how much was to be rolled over if the jackpot was not won.
