			<description><![CDATA[<p>RJoh: The purpose of Lotto South is to allow players to try for larger jackpots than in the three separate lotto games, but without the 1 in 75+ million jackpot odds for the Big Game. Single-state jackpot games are losing favor (with a few exceptions.) The new lottery director in Michigan is being urged to replace Michigan Millions with a proposed multi-state game.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Kentucky has the Powerball now. There would be no point in having a new game that competes with it. I suspect Lotto South will have better odds and smaller jackpots most of the times, and Ohio will update its games if neccesary to compete.RJOh</p>]]></description>
