What if...Perrine was the fraud and Glen was the originator???? oops!(I really always wanted to be a lawyer)Besides that....I have looked quite a bunch on inet and cannot find ANYTHING pertaining to Charles A Perrine, or Refining Your Lottery Numbers to Win . I have seen the copied papers which are supposedly his, but cannot find anything else.

It is the exact system page by page of the 46 page book Charles A. Perrine wrote and sold in Lottery Players Magazine's classifieds for years, at least his name was on the cover and the promotional materials he sent when you replied to his ad. I went through both page by page and there were no changes, no improvements, no fixes or tweaks. I don't have a problem with bringing abandonware back to life, but you shouldn't claim it as your own, that takes the measure of a man.

the paltry some of money that i make off the sale of the system is hardly worth this negative feedback when i get posts such as the ones listed it hurts business immensely!!!! to the point of 0 orders no kidding!!!! the time that i use to advertise becomes wasted! i'll make sure the gentlemen who slander me if they decide to sell in the future will receive the same courtesy

I agree -- on the Internet it's buyer beware . But at the same time, there has been lots of talk of some authorities investigating this that. What authority?The IRS? anything. In that msg. he did not use sell . True, his constant sells pitch is annoying (and sometimes,funny). If you feel it was not worth your money, return the thing and get your money back. I also live in Canada and have heard through the grapevine that the authorities are looking into the internets number 1 scammer who has posted here and has totally taken over maybells.com message board claiming he invented a system for the lotto and as you can see from this post of his on Maybells back in March, he copied a copywrited system from someone else who has become aware of it so beware anyone of you who have sent him money and your address as your personal information might be in the h...
