Refunds will be processed in 30 days if you are not satisfied. If you understand statistics, the theory increases your chances 5000% as advertised. However, it's guaranteed so you will get your money back. I do not appreciate giving any hints on the total theory.

Both of your concepts that you mentioned were disappointing. I received three pages of basic bull and basic common sense. Basically, the theory is that if you wheel a number, the number will eventually come up in a drawing so you reduce your odds. Duh

At the bottom of his webpage he states a guarantee of a full refund if the system is purchased through the offer on his webpage.I'm not surprised a lot of people get screwed when taking a chance on lottery systems by unknown authorsbut at least it was only $15 some players have been taken for $50 or more.I was just about to send off my $15 tomorrow until I read your post,Tell me what did you get that was so dissapointing? the materials or was his theory just incapable of providing an advantage f... [ More ]

Has anyone ordered the lottery theory from Dave Todd and tried to get a refund? I ordered it and was deeply disappointed. I have requested a refund approximately two weeks ago and still have not received my money. If you are in a similar situation, I suggest you contact the appropriate federal, state, and legal authorities regarding his site and product. Also, contact the Better Business Bureau for his area.
