For this drawing I intend to try combine the rotation method and the 40 draw method. There is a definate pattern there but I haven't quite figured out how to use it to my advantage. As I said, when numbers from tube 1 (1-9) are drawn number then numbers from tube 4 are most likely to be drawn, skipping tube 2 and so forth. Because of this the numbers from those tubes likely not to have a number selected can be eliminated from the top 20.
