			<description><![CDATA[<p>Can&#x27;t say if any site is honest if holding a ticket worth millions, not so sure even what I&#x27;d do if it were for real.It can be illegal to send lottery tickets through the U.S. mail and hard to collect if they send you the ticketand you win a smaller prize not worth flying back over there for. This site has listed some ticket buyingsites for over a year so at least they are not fly by night scammers. About half way down the page.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>some sites offer to purchase tickets for you and hold them and then check your #&#x27;s via computer and then you or them can collect winnings. scam or are there credible folks doing this? obviously, most are more comfortable with their tickets in their hands!(I know I am)want to buy el gordo tickets but want them in my possession.any thoughts</p>]]></description>
