			<description><![CDATA[<p>Yes, Lucky it is, They use a base number to manipulate the data I give them. My tracking in not using wheels. But numbers have math relationships, it takes time to search for their relationship. Each drawing is at a different confidence levels, you have to keep a good tracking system, so if you enter this data, it make be able to pick up pattern. The pattern may come from the sum, cf level.So states run the same patterns, right now our state is running with MD and DL.It sounds likes complicated</p>]]></description>

They wrote a program, of which they have in their possession. I am the historian for the pool, I track and trace manually. They enter the data I provide in their software in search of the right data we need. They know how to manipulate the data through what they call various methods.
