Anyway, to Illinois: Series numbers tend to fall behind doubles about 75% of the time. SO, on that note, you may want to continue to watch those series numbers I gave you yesterday (678-789-910-456 and 9610).To DC: I believe the 949 you got last night should have been either 999s, 444s, or 666s, so the commission may not be quite through with you yet from the 9969 that hit the other day.
