Instant ticket sales begin Monday, Jan 7. On-line sales are scheduled to start in March.

I've been posting news about the upcoming South Carolina lottery for many months at BigGameLottery.com. S.C. will be starting up their lottery in January, although it will initially be limited to scratch cards. I don't think a date has been set for regular games like Pick 3, etc., but it won't be too much longer beyond January.
