			<description><![CDATA[<p>Wheels aren&#x27;t made that way, but if you consider the wheel&#x27;s pointer numbers are odd and even, than replacing odd pointer numbers with your odd picks and replacing the even pointer numbers with your even pick, you will have the same proportion of odd and even per combination as there were in the original wheel matrix. To have 3/3 odd/even you would have to find a wheel with that matrix to start, doing so could then throw off other aspects such as wanting perhaps to have 3/3 low/high. I have seen random numbers generators which would filter out numbers that didn&#x27;t match those conditions, but unlike a wheel there is no prize guarantee. In the Ohio lottery I been experimenting with number groups that would win enough to cover the cost to play them.
