SandyK, are you putting each number in a separate column?Example: Col A....9 Col B....9 Col C....9,That way, it won't carry over . If you end up with a 2-digit answer, just ignore the left number and use the right one.Hope this helps

Excel is a tough program to master, especially being new to it! Once, you figure out the code or formula's you will be able to do alot with it! I suggest that you go to www.net.com or go to the local library and check out the book! Excel for Dummies. It will really show you the short cuts to working the software to your likings. I have been doing a spreadsheet and I do the 214 workout and the 123 workout and then I convert some stuff to get my numbers for the day. What I need help with is I have a column of numbers.Example:999111etc.What I want to do is get a sum but not have the columns carried.....999111110 sumI don't want the 111 sumHere is what I need help with:999111000 Sum I want to achieve with no carries.
