			<description><![CDATA[<p>The top fed rate is 38.6 which you will have to pay on everything over a few hundred thousand dollars. Figure maybe 18-19 million more than the witholding on the 160M but you can probably deduct some if not all of the state tax so multiply 38.6 x state rate and subtract total from the 38.6 to see what fed tax you would actually owe. I am not a tax professional this just a rough estimate</p>]]></description>
