Based on what I know, you can split it any way you want amongst anyone else you want to split it with. It might vary from state to state though, but not according to what I've read/heard. I could be mistaken, though.

yes you can fractionalize the prize.At least in Virginia,not sure but probably the same in all states that have the big game

the rock says this...if you form a corporation you can give certain people shares of stock in the corporation. im not EXACTLY sure but i think that would be a way around giving certain percentages to certain people.

if you have the winning ticket Can you give someone a fraction of the prize or does it have to be divided equally among the people claiming the prize.
