i consider the way they spend their money stupid. understand that the lottery is also a political arena where sometimes the lowest bids dont win. so yes i think overpaying for things such as computers, books, and supplies is stupid. think about it and ask yourself where exactly does this money go and how is it used.

the rock says that there will be no winner this week cause they are rigging it so the big time lotto people can steal our money to give to schools and other stupid stuff. the rock also says where does the billions and billions REALLY go?! Either they lie and dont spend it or pay way too much for stuff, like $50,000 for a computer.
