If you want the annuity, fine. Maybe the company you receive yearly payments from will be the next Enron. As long as I'm allowed to choose LUMP SUM.

This is not China, or Cuba, or Iraq. This is the U.S.A! If I want annuity, then I WANT ANNUITY! Who gives YOU the authority to tell people they can't play if they choose annuity? If they win, they can do whatever they want! Okay? Wiseguy
