			<description><![CDATA[<p>It was a method that I recently posted at another site, Bottom line, find out the 3 coldest and the 3 hottest numbers in your state and wheel them all. You can change the range of hots/colds, but I do 3/3. The best time to play is when you only get 5 numbers total, that will only give you 10 picks. You can pick and choose your favorite ones from the batch. You might want to play the same numbers for a few draws before you give up. Maybe 7 times, but not more than 10.
