It appears that the group claiming they had won, had no idea of which numbers were played for their pool. Had they had a photo copy or scanned copy of their tickets, they would have been able to check their numbers and have proof of the tickets purchased for them. They just didn't beleive their fellow pool member when he told them, they didn't win anything for their $100 investment.
