No lottery could get away with offering a choice of $1 million lump sum or $100 million in annual payments. Not even Ohio.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Cash The Rock says that you do not really mean that you will take a lump sum of $1million over an annuity of $100million. With the annuity of $100million depending on what state you live in and their tax rates you will get about $2 to $3million after taxes compared to $1million lump which will be about lets say $600,000 to $700,000 after the appropriate taxes are taken out.
