			<description><![CDATA[<p>Oregon draws their Pick-4 FOUR times daily (I&#x27;m not sure if they have Sunday draws.) Their game is played differently than our Pick-4 (no Pick-3 in Oregon.) Hopefully NY players will gradually stop playing NY Lotto 6/59 with its terrible 40% prize return, now that Mega Millions is here.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>It is still very interesting that there are folks who really believe that there are other folks who somehow have the ability to  predict  what the  winning  numbers will turn out to be in the next drawing of whatever game is being forecast.It comes as no surprise, at least to me, that this phenomenon is believed by a great majority of gamblers as well. Not that playing the lottery games of each of the states is not gambling, for it certainly falls clearly into the subject of wagering.I proposed</p>]]></description>
