Visiondude, you, as well as everybody else, have a right to your own beliefs and opinions and I respect those. As I mentioned in my previous post, this man gave me (in person) a prayer to that effect. Yes, I met him personally, but I did not know him in depth, it was a business man, who came into the office. A man gave me that prayer (or a similar one, as I don't know about the one in discussion here) a couple of years ago and told me to keep it a secret but to do it. He said his mother used it all the time, but since he never believed in prayers to win the lottery he never had asked her about it. Actually he said he thought it was nonsense. you guy's are going to think that i am anti-prayer. i am not!!! i am a christian and have been for 26 years ( although that doesn't guarantee anything ). some people go to church all thier life but never really know god- they just know about him knowledge-wise. i totally advocate prayer and completely center my life around it. i too have many miraculas stories about what god has done thru my life regarding answered prayer but never ONCE did god answered my prayer because i wanted it so bad.... A couple times in my life, I have prayed to God. And my prayer miraculously came true. An example, way back in junior high school. I some how injured my knee, now the next week was the winter break. I only had one day of school to go. I knew I couldn't dress for gym, I didn't want to get a zero. So, I prayed, and to my surprise my gym teacher wasn't there the next day. Prayer can do anything. I remember recently on the Art Bell radio show, that he told his listeners to pray for Rush Limbaugh. He did a mass prayer. Hundreds of thousands prayed, and Rush's illness went away. So, prayer works.

If your prayer was answered by the divine Lord and you won the lottery. Why not share this information with others and you will be blessed again. I do not think that the good Lord spoke to someone to reveal this prayer to you for you to be selfish and not pass and not reveal the prayer to others. You were granted your wish why not make others wish come true? It is written in the Good Book THE MORE GIVE THE MORE YOU WILL RECEIVE .

If the story is true (I won't speculate) it shows why taking the LUMP SUM obviously is the right thing to do now that all the lotto jackpot games (other than Mass. 6/42 6/49) have a cash option. If only JoeCamel was able to collect in lump sum

I agree, JoeCamelCash you jumped the gun. He got his lump sum and probably risked it all in stocks. And with stocks, you can get really rich fast. Then he invested money into a baseball team and coffee shop and a bunch of other stuff. Don't be so jealous Joe, you are no longer the richest guy on this forum
