The lottery is controlled by a conglomerate of secret goverent agencies with co-operation with Satan and Aliens. They chose who wins and they know who wins. Only the major lottery games like Powerball etc. are controlled. They come to you and you do what they want, and then you win. All winners are brainwashed etc. I have to go because they are following me because I know too much.

The cash value of a $20M annunity for 30yrs is worth less than the cash value of a $20M annunity for 25yrs because it costs less. Some states uses the 30yrs annunity package because it allow them to advertise a bigger jackpots with less cash. You may be comparing apples with oranges which are not the same.FYI

Lotteries should treat players equally, whether they would rather take a large lottery prize in cash or annuity. If a $20 million annuity has a cash value of $10.5 million-$11 million (MM cash value currently is about 53% of the annuity) then someone wanting the lump sum should be allowed to receive the $10.5m-$11m, instead of $9 million (minus withholding(s)).

so i shouldnt play this game because if i won i a $20 million jackpot, I would only recieve $9 million in lump sum. Is that what your trying to say. That I should consider my self cheated if I won $9 million.

I don't understand your reasoning, if you are looking at the cash value of a jackpot, why does the percent of annunity matters. $20M cash value is the same weather the percent of anunnity is 20 or 50. If you aren't interested in taking the annunity, then you only play when the cash value is high enough.Jack

Yes, both good games. I like the NY Take Five almost as much as the FL and CA Fantasy 5. I would probably rank Take Five 11th.Did you know that the FL Fantasy 5 often pays over $1,000 for 4 numbers

Cheatah: No comments on any of the GAMES (you mentioned)themselves because none of them seem to have any major flaws.
