NY Lotto was the first lotto game on the east coast to allow players to choose lump sum. All US lottery jackpot games now allow players to choose cash EXCEPT the 6/42 and 6/49 games in Massachusetts.

Thanks for the correction I wasn't aware of that I figured since NY had a lottery for such a long time they probably had the option before a lot of other states.

Glen sounds to me like you are trying to hard, especially if your starting to let your emotions take over. The first US lotto game where players could choose cash or annuity was Oregon Megabucks in 1990. The NY Lotto cash option wasn't until 1996.

Like you, a lot of us want to win the Big one and don't waste time with the pick3/4 games, but there got to be a lot of losers for those jackpots to grow big. I got lucky last month and matched 5 of 6 for $1500 in Ohio lottery which put me ahead for the year $700, but at the rate I'm going, I'll be in the hole again before the year is out and won't have to pay taxes on those winnings. This is just my opinion but I believe Steve Player supports his game playing and has the time to develop his systems from winning the NY lottery back in 1988.The money he gets from selling his systems he probably puts in the bank and pays his employees and takes care of other OPCOM business related functions.And as for the money to play the lottery games it's probably from his lottery winnings and not from the money he gets from selling his stuff.Whether he took a lump sum or annuity for 20 yrs... I don't care about the damn MEASLY pick 3 games!!!!!!!I made it very CLEAR in my posting and in fact in every single post I have ever posted that I am only interested in Pick 5 and pick 6 games!!!!!!So please if you are winning with your pick 3 predictions all the more power to you. I don't have the time or the patience for such measly amounts. I want to win hundreds of thousands and millions like 99% of all people who play the lottery.

Glenn, weren't you the one who asked for the web address of the One to Won site a couple weeks ago? You sure haven't tested any of their systems to any degree. I imagine the rest have been tested only a few times also. If you track the Pick 3 Fairy for a month versus Steve Player's numbers for a month in any of his systems, I bet they would come close on wins. And hers are free. You know, he don't give them away. A lot of the people you mentioned in your trash post give free numbers. I have never seen Steve Player do this. Glenn,As you know, I don't have a Pick-5 or Pick-6 System yet. Even though I have the algorithms etc. commited to paper for these games. No attempt has been made to program them. To date, I have won about $1700 using Steve Player's pick 3 techniques. I am not saying his system(s) always deliver, but they have given me a lot of great ideas that I have been able to make modifications to. So much really involves truly understanding the game you are playing and watching the cycles. I play 18,658 combinations on my computer....using hot numbers/random picks from lotto systems...cold numbers...wheeling numbers....out of the $359,000 i would have spent i hit 3 out 6-6784 times/ 4 out of 6-426 times/5 out of 6-10 times and no jack pot---for a total amount of $69,678 in winnings,,,,i dont know about you but this keeps me from thinking i can win if i spend $100 a shot......To date while spending $10 a game I have won $35 total......good luck with your system

My question is: How much have you won using Steve Player's systems? Most any system will win something, if you can afford to buy enough chances. The best testimonials come from regular players who only can afford a few dollars a week to play lotteries or a pool of regular players who pool their money when the jackpot get big. Having studied and played dozens of systems, and spent thousands of hours reading and browsing posts in various forums, I am wondering how come the ONLY person who has actually provided proof (copies of his winning tickets and checks on his website)that his SYSTEM(s) performs is STEVE PLAYER?
