Goldie: I believe both states are having gubernatiorial elections this year. While of course this board is not meant to be used for political purposes, as lottery players it would be nice if ME and VT had governors who would allow Powerball/Mega Millions even if they were not outright in favor of either game.

Goldie: Although you concentrate on 3-digit numbers, nobody would be upset if Vermont and Maine stopped selling lottery tickets. Neither state can sell Powerball or Mega Millions; the two states' governors OPPOSE joining either game
