			<description><![CDATA[<p>Having jackpots start at $25,000,000. Having the odds at no more then 100,000,000 to 1. One roll over would add another $25,000,000. Ahhh....and you don&#x27;t have to pay federal or state taxes. Opps. That part will never happen. All 50 states joining a single lottery? Nope. I don&#x27;t see it happening for years. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Well there are currently 12 states that don&#x27;t have lotteries although NC, AL, and TN are considering adding them. Of the 39 jurisdictions that do have lotteries, 32 currently participate in Powerball or Mega Millions with SC and WA to be added in the fall respectively. That brings the total to 34 of 39. I think it would probably take another 10 years or so before Powerball and MM merged. But you did bring up an interesting point. And that is, what kind of lottery game would you like to see?
