I actually have a 32+ cartoon stock pile of cigarettes I bought before the Ill. state tax kicked in on July 1st. I'll buy my cigs from the internet (indian resevations) or from Indiana (17.5 cents state tax only per pack but a long drive). Or if I'm really lazy I could find a Ill. state employee that smokes and beat him/her to death like he/she was a baby seal. And steal his/her cigarettes. Well.....as long as it is not a paid holiday for state and Federal workers. My cigarette taxes just went up in Illinois. And am I piXXed!! Well, atleast I don't live in New York City. My understanding it's $3 state and Federal tax per pack starting this month. Oh, and can your entire parade route have federal, state, and local city and county workers deemed worthless inpaled on pikes every few feet from each other!? The 4th of July aint no holiday. The Rock's birthday needs to a fedearl holiday so after The Rock buys all the crooked politicians after he wins his $500 million plus he will also get his birthday May the 3rd made into a federal holiday and parades will be allowed for that day only and as The Rock biggest fan V-dude will be the grand marshall. Forget this 4th of July stuff.If you smell what The Rock is cooking.

When you win your $500,000,000+ jackpot, it would be cheaper to buy your own helecopter instead of buying off all those politicians to get rid of all those stupid parades. For now, you're gonna' have to buy one of those stupid 1 wheel 'it' or 'ginger' or whatever those ugly 1 person vehicles are called.
