			<description><![CDATA[<p>That&#x27;s not bad. I probably average $1 for every $125 I&#x27;ve spent on online games in Illinois. I&#x27;ve had much better luck with California&#x27;s Lotto+. I had my ex-boss buy me $1(x20) worth of 20 &#x27;advance draws&#x27;. The clerk screwed up and gave her 20 $1 quickpick &#x27;20 advance draws&#x27;. I won $1. It wasn&#x27;t worth the hassle of cashing it in. Luckily for my ex-boss, my numbers never came in.
