			<description><![CDATA[<p>If you are talking about the PP3 Software Game Tool.It&#x27;s not just like a quick pick...You must be doing something wrong. The system does not randomly picks a number. If you are getting a different number each time - you are doing something wrong.The way it should work if you have put in the first number since 1997 to present and someone from the same State does the same thing..Exactly the same method and numbers.
