			<description><![CDATA[<p>I&#x27;m gonna&#x27; partially agree with you. I did a quick look at the number of winners of the two lowest tier prizes for the last few weeks, and, ah, I just don&#x27;t think &#x27;lotto fever&#x27; ever really kicked in. True, people who played lotto every week bought several times more Megamillion tickets then they would of if it was at $10 mil. But people didn&#x27;t spend their kids lunch money on tickets. I don&#x27;t think there was even a 10 fold increase from the number of tickets sold at $10 mil.
