			<description><![CDATA[<p>I find it interesting that you&#x27;re  complaining  about that I believe NY Lotto&#x27;s next format change should include making it an ALL-CASH game. Look at Powerball v Super-6 in your state. When someone plays Powerball (not just in PA but wherever it&#x27;s played) they don&#x27;t have to worry about the cash/annuity choice until AFTER they win.
