			<description><![CDATA[<p>Really? They paid? Are those sites still up or where they taken down by threats of legal actions or legal actions? I know that one state lottery said if someone got lucky enough to win on a &#x27;Ebay&#x27; ticket, they would refuse to pay. Any idea what the jackpot were and how officially &#x27;happy&#x27; the lotteries were when they paid the prizes</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Actually, if you hit just 5 out of 6 numbers, you would likely NOT get paid. They would give you any number of reasons of why the ticket wasn&#x27;t bought. Just because they claim they are buying tickets doesn&#x27;t mean they are. And if you hit 6 of 6 numbers and went after them with lawyers, the most you probably end up with is a computer and rights to their web sight address domain name. Nothing more. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>The websites that I&#x27;ve seen actually don&#x27;t sell tickets but purchases lottery tickets as instructed by their customers and charge for their services. These services probably work fine until you think you have won a large amount of money which is not likely to happen given the odds of winning in the lotteries. RJOh</p>]]></description>
