That was crazy !I still think the Illinois Lottery needs to state that they're paying on both numbers on T.V oron thier web site.A lot of people will never know that they won .But, it's nice to know that they are paying on both numbers.That was the right thing to do.The question that I have is:What is the policy on that..what are the rules. (If any)Because, what if it were the Lotto or the the Little lottoand you needed that # 3 to win big ??????What would they have done then ????I guess at that... [ More ]

there was an error today in the draw. the p-3 # was 027 but they will also honor the 023 # at lottery central. the 3 ball got caught long enough to see but did not reach the top. myself i played 920. rats. hope this helps someone! jd
