			<description><![CDATA[<p>I&#x27;ve been rethinking today how I spend the money in my lottery budget, and I took a look at scratchers for the first time. My initial impression was that the odds of getting something back were favorable -- better than the Lotto games. After reading some of the posts here, I went back and took a closer look. I still think scratchers offer better odds of improving your stake. I went to the New York lottery page and took a look at their scratcher game called  One-Eyed Jack. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Geroge, (All)Thanks very much for that break down.I was going to to post the same break down for Illinois ,but basically all states are the same.I also play scratchs offs once in a while just for the fun of it .(That&#x27;s all-Not to win any substancial amount of anything.Your other information about how to play scratch offs is very interesting .Thanks again George.Good Luck to AllPS.
