You have to cash winning tickets in the state in which they were puchased. However, most states have the ability to cash winning tickets by mail.

Say you live in state that plays megamill and while traveling you buy tickets in another state that plays megamill, can you cash in your tickets in the state that you live in or do you have to go to the state where purchased
