If you need to start a theories or methods, you just go into the discussion group and as long as people continue to post under that particular one topic, it will carry on the discussion. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>A systems and theories forum sounds interesting.  Today, if someone wanted to post a theory for Pick 3 or 4, they would do so under the Pick 3 or 4 forums, but it may be easier for those looking for specific theories to have them posted in their own forum.On the chat, we have batted that around a bit here.  I&#x27;m still not totally sold on that idea because you need a good amount of people consistently online in order to make it interesting. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>of starting a new section at the Lottery Post?It could be called systems and theories.  I love this board and you have done such awesome work here.  Harry gave me the idea when he posted his message on my message board post.  He called it expansion.
