No need to fret. As a software engineer, I can tell you that the best way to protect trade secrets is to keep them secret. Smart engineers know how to only expose the phasod of their systems and not their system's inner workings. With this in mind, only the unwise futily attempt to pilfer the technology of others. But, once a system is published and copyrighted, any violators of that copyright are now at the mercy of the DMCA passed by congress several years ago. And it always has so I trust in that saying. I do see the point Old Hank was making but ...........I thought maybe it was directed at me. Going back and looking at it.......it could be taken two ways. I need to think on this awhile. Thank you for the post. Your Gold System is a great system and it is posted for all to see.

Hi, Sandy, I can't blame you for feeling the way you do. However, I believe that the messages above are not implying that YOU will be the one to take others' ideas to develop/create/change/sell a system. The way I interpret the messages is that someone could/might do it. There's always that possibility. Whether a lottery system is great, good, not so good, etc., there will always be someone out there willing to pay for it; sometimes even out of curiosity.

I came across a lottery board where Lucky Horse is still trying to sell that Charles Perrine system. He tried for a while to sell Ken Silver system, but I don't think he made much money selling either because he didn't have a marketing plan. As I see it, to sell any system you got to do more than post a for sale sign on a lottery board, you got to market it and that cost money. People like Steve Player and Gail Howard probably put more money in marketing and supporting their systems with their... [ More ]
