Thank you pegleg. So that tells me that the Keyhole must be performed 2 times daily. So tomorrow, if time permits, I will do a midday and evening keyhole.

HI Fairy: When New York started drawing twice a day I e-mailed them with the same question. This is the reply I recieved. And I quote Same style of machines, but not the same exact machine. The Lottery has 4 each of the NUMBERS machines and WIN 4 machines.Whatever machines are randomly selected for the Midday, they cannot be used for the evening drawing. This was sent to me by the New York Lottery Press Community Relations. Hope this helps.pegleg

Allcat: Does your friend or did they work for NJ Lottery Commision? I was under the impression that NJ was one of only a few that didn't pre-draw #'s. It was strickly live. If so,Thanks for those important facts. Have a super great day! Harry613

Thank you Alan. They do the same thing in Texas. They have the pretest drawings and it makes tracking even harder. I think they do it to throw off those who do track the numbers. There is no need for pretest drawing. If something would go wrong with the machine or something, then they could redo the drawing.

Hi Fairy,I believe they use the same machine as does NJ where I live. The greatest problem we players run into is the fact that prior to on camera draw the lottery will run anywhere from 3 to 6 practice draws to assure all is in order. I know someone who used to work for the state lottery commission and they had enlightened me to this fact. I think they run the draws to throw off the number tracking. This is why you can chase a number or pair and become very frustrated, and also why some combos

Does New York Pick 3 have 2 separate machines for their midday and evening draws or do they use the same one and consider midday and evening as one continuous draw as it is here in Texas? That would make a big difference in the keyhole method.
