I'm sorry I misunderstood the concept.Now that I think about it, the way I explained it could never be.If this is an instant game it's a waste of money IMHO.

Harry: I don't think there's a bonus ball. Unless you're confusing New York with New Jersey, this is what NY will be doing starting 10/7. NY is calling it Instant Win and the gimmick applies to both the Win-3 and Win-4. Illinois, Michigan, and (last month) the DC Lottery have started such instant add-ons.

So are you saying that if you play all the numbers 0-9 in the first slot which would cost you $10 you are gauranteed $200. They would be like killing themselves if they had a promotion like that. Heck I would go to New Jersey buy 5 tickets of each number in the first position and win $100 for only $50 heck even double that. Is that the way it is paying out? Or am I misunderstanding something? I think what you mean is the second chance promotion which will start Oct. 1.WHat it is , and don't hold this as gospel, is instead of a bet costing you .50, it will cost $1.00.Lets say you play 123.If the number drawn is 1XX, you win $200If the nmber drawn is X2X you win $75If the number drawn is XX3 you win $50.If you match 2 of the 3 numbers in the correct slots you win both those prizes.If you hit your number straight, you win an extra $325 on top of the normal payout.Now, Im not too sure a... Todd: Have you heard anything about NJ 3 and I'm not sure about the 4 going to have a Bonus ball with the draw? My retailer said something about it but couldn't tell me anything. He is not happy with it. Do you know what they are talking about? Thanks, Harry613
