			<description><![CDATA[<p>Howdy Megamillionaire,The retailer where I get my tickets told me beginning Oct. 6th they are going to add 4 more white balls (total 53) to the Powerball game. This will change the odds from 1 in 80,000,000 to 1 in 120,000,000. He had a pamplet that told all of the rules and as far as I know the pamplet is the only place to get that info. (they didn&#x27;t even give him any to pass out.
