About two weeks ago,(before the Michigan game started) I e-mailed the inventor of the change game concept. I offered my 3/99 mini-lotto suggestion for future change games, while politely letting him know that IMHO the current raffle-style format with so few winners per drawing won't last. He told me other play styles can be used as part of a change game; secondary prizes also would be seriously considered. Cash Only,On my first post the amount(s) wagered was listed in the Bet column. The Michigan Lottery Website doesn't post this information. I printed a copy of the winners report before leaving work this morning...../George

George: Scenario #2. However, there are probably a few letters that are not used (Georgia's game has 23.) Still, MI will never come anywhere near selling out all combinations for any draw. I don't think you saw my point where the amount WAGERED on each ticket was not mentioned (the GA website gives the bets AND the towns/cities of each winner, though on separate pages).

Sedertree: Did you notice that instead of the amount bet on each winning wager, the page _redundantly_ says there is one of each winning combination? (There are no repeats sold statewide for any drawing.

Last night's MI prizes have been corrected. Note that somebody won $12+k in the first drawing Monday; however, nobody won in five figures last night. First sign from MI that the change game concept needs to be reworked.

The first Georgia Change Game drawing was Monday, July 29. The total prize pool for Monday, Oct 14 was 85% BELOW the 7/29 prize pool-and, lottery sales are _stronger_ in October than during the summer. Except for Pick-3/4 straight bets, lottery players want to be able to win smaller prizes on occasion.

Well just look at the numbers. All the $3,125 winners a most likely $.25 bets. So just take all the other winning amounts divide them by 3125 and then multiply it by .25. That would make the $12,375 winner a $.99 ticket. I am from michigan and am trying the game tonight. All my bets are a quarter...i got 4 of them. I just wish they would put where the winning tickets were sold. There is only 6 of them

For those of you who've followed the Georgia Change Game , Michigan held its first drawing last night. Game play is identical, except the MI version prints tickets in the form AB1234 instead of GA's A1234B , and, the MI game has six nightly winners vs Georgia's three. I expect interest in the MI game to wane quickly because there are no lower-tier prizes, which of course is why sales of the original version (GA) are way down.
