I just notice trends patterns more than anything else. I'd had my eye on that 19 pair for quite some time, and anticipated a break-out just before the 8th of Nov. There had been ten or eleven 19 hits on the GA evening, and the 19 pair for the midday had been out to lunch for a long time. At the time it seemed like bringing it to someone's attention was the neighborly thing to do, in hopes it could help someone else.
