Ganyo,I have not seen any signs about that. I have read in the S.C. site news that N.C. residents have been collecting sizeable prize money in S.C.I pulled this out of the faq at the site.Q: I live out of state. Can I still play the SCEL?A: Yes, but you will have to come to South Carolina to buy your tickets.John

John a friend just came back from SC beach area he said there were signs that stated you had to be a resident to play the lottery in SC..well not to play but in oder to collect. I have never heard of this. any info on this? Thanks !!mostly hitting boxes but it gives me playing money so I won`t complain.....LOL

Hi Ganyo,I still play the Ga lottery . S.C. plays a rough game and have not caught to many winners. The S.C. game seems to be coming together with working the pairs. Just need to connect them at the right time. Hope you are catching some in Ga.John
