From the way it is worded on the site it seems like we need a record draw first and then they implement the 25 million draw cap. Maybe I don't understand it correctly, but the likely hood of two record draws in a row seems slim? I do understant how you are interpreting it, but it doesn't really say that. And you might be right, because the english language takes a daily beating in my Washington Post. It actually says an increases for each draw of no more than $25 million and that is different... Was the match 5 bonus even implemented? I am not even sure what a record level is for the PowerBall, but it seems they aren't going to get alot of use out of this match 5 plan? Have they ever had a match 5 draw
