But I am not a US citizen.I know I have the right to claim. But how do I cash the check?Can someone open a bank account in the US easily?Will the Lottery guys that pay the check assist me in opening an account</p>]]></description>

You probably should be content with your 6/49 until you get into whatever international game the UK will be in.</p>]]></description>
