			<description><![CDATA[<p>Jo,Well you are taking all of the numbers from January 2002 to get the numbers that you play for all of January 2003. So I would definitely recommend starting at January 1, 2002 til January 31, 2002 to get the numbers for January 2003.As far as which numbers to take, I&#x27;ve seen them hit both at the top and bottom for PA this month. Since there are only 13 numbers that&#x27;s only $6.50 a day in boxed plays. Add up how many times each digit between 0 and 9 appears throughout the entire month. Here is an example from PA:          Digit:        Times hit:4140126128113109917775625 The times hit column should add up to 93 for a 31 day month. (3 digits drawn during times 31 drawings).Now take the top 3 hottest hit numbers (in my example this would be 4, 0, and 6. Next take the 2 coldest numbers (2 and 5</p>]]></description>
