Most of the winners just use quick picks. I remember waiting for months for the red ball to become 7 (7 is my lucky number, because I was born on April 7, 1977 and there are 7 people in my family - two parents and five children; I am the oldest of five.). Well, for the Christmas Day powerball drawing, I bought 15 tickets with the powerball as 7. The last time 7 was the powerball before Christmas was on July 29, 2000, OVER TWO YEARS AGO. I played 7 throughout the second half of 2002, along wit... [ More ]

Cash,If I didn't win the jackpot, yes I would be happy with the 2nd prize.. I believe they're about $175K MM or $100K for Powerball. Of course, I'd expect these kind of prizes to be given all at once. Don't be ridiculous. When I favor annuity, I'm talking about Jackpot prizes in the millions.

All,Thanks for stopping by. What a week, two great jackpot games, MM and Powerball, and still now jackpot winners this YTD. MM, sitting at sweet $66M and Powerball at $86M. Good luck to all players this week. Go grab those tickets and remember to choose Annuity..It just makes sense! There has been quite a discussion regarding QPs and natural selections. Now, I've heard of people mention wheeling systems, websites and books written by experts. My two cents is this.... i don't believe in thes... [ More ]
