			<description><![CDATA[<p>NY in the 1980s had a Hispanic-themed game played much the same as Spanish lotteries. It was drawn ONCE. ( Millenium Millions  had four drawings in 1999-2000 but proved successful.) New Jersey in 1990 had a  Lucky Seven  game similar to the then Pennsylvania Super-7. It was pulled after five drawings.</p>]]></description>
