			<description><![CDATA[<p>Ohio has gotten around that problem by selling scratch-off tickets with one of the prizes being a chance to be in a drawing for the top prize after all the tickets are sold.  That way the top prize is available during the entire run of the game.RJOh</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Michigan sells the tickets even if there are no top prizes.  But then again...why stop selling them just because the top prizes are gone.  There are still going to be many many smaller prizes the range from $1 to $10,000.  I don&#x27;t mind buying tickets that I know that there are no more top prizes.Brad</p>]]></description>
