I mean I am sure it is because they probably sold about 40,000,000 tickets last night but still...let the other states have a chance:)  Geeze if New York has a budget deficet for this fiscal year they will be able to offset it with taxes they collect off of the jackpot winners..hahaBrad</p>]]></description>
