With Powerball, for $42 you can lower your odds from 120 Million to 1 to 2.9 Million to 1. Which isn't too bad.

visiondude: being someone who likes to play with numbers/odds, I agree with you about playing quick picks. You are as likely to win with a QP as you are playing with carefully selected combinations or playing a zillion tickets.I read awhile ago the only true way to reduce your odds on winning the Lottery to play more combinations. There is no limit but I wouldn't buy more than 135,145,920 tickets for one draw of MegaMillions.

Hi,Is there a limit on how many number of lottery tickets I can purchase? Can I purchase more than 5? Anybody who bought lots of tickets and win?Thanks.
